Pilgrim Lutheran Sunday School

Sunday Morning - 9:00 AM

Resources for Lessons:

Margaret Walsh
Sharon McGuan

May 10th at 9:00am in the Sunday School room.

To remember Mothers’ Day, we will learn about Hannah, a mother by God’s grace and distinction.

We will also celebrate Jesus’s ascension into heaven and learn why his ascension is a principle tenet, or confessed truth, of the Christian Church.

Our Teachings

Pilgrim Lutheran's Sunday School teachings center on Grace Alone (sola gratia), Faith Alone (sola fide), and Scripture Alone (sola scriptura), focusing on Jesus Christ as Savior. Curriculum often covers Bible stories (OT and NT), the Ten Commandments, the Creed, and the Lord’s Prayer, frequently utilizing Luther's Small Catechism to prepare children for confirmation and the Lord’s Supper.
