Esther Circle News
There will be NO Esther Circle meeting in July. Our next meeting will be on Monday, Aug. 10th, at 12:30 p.m. at the church. All women of Pilgrim are welcome to attend.
Margaret and Sarah Walsh (Young Women’s Rep.), Crystal Gempko, Sharon McGuan and myself attended the Eastern District Lutheran Women in Mission Conference in Lancaster, Pa., from June 12th to the 14th. It was an enlightened event with fellowship, devotion, praise songs, Bible studies and mission outreach. We voted on the new mission grants for 2026-2028 to be paid with mites donations. The list of these new grants will be posted. (See LWML Convention report in this issue.)
REMINDER: Continue to give your mites to Karen Smith or place in the large mite box at the back of the church. Dash’s tapes go to Sue Holway and cancelled stamps to Sharon McGuan. All these go towards various mission outreach. Thank you for your support!
We celebrate the 250th birthday of the U.S.A. on July 4th. Let’s pray for PEACE, JUSTICE, FREEDOM AND GOD’S BLESSINGS.
